• Which models are compatible with this connector? It is exclusively designed for the Jackery Explorer 2000 Plus and the Jackery HomePower 3600 Plus. You must link two of the same model (e.g., two 2000 Plus units).
• Do I need this to use expansion batteries? No. Expansion battery packs plug directly into the side of the main unit. You only need this Connector if you are linking two main power stations together to increase voltage and wattage.
• Can I run my 240V well pump with this? Yes. This connector allows the two units to work in sync to provide the 240V power required by large pumps and appliances.
• What is the shipping date for pre-orders? Pre-ordered Jackery Connectors are scheduled to begin shipping on June 3.

How to Connect: Parallel Setup Guide

Setting up your parallel power system is simple and requires no tools. Follow these steps to safely double your output:

1. Power Off: Ensure both Jackery power stations (Explorer 2000 Plus or HomePower 3600 Plus) are turned off before connecting.
2. Plug in the Connector: Insert the parallel cables from the Jackery Connector into the dedicated AC ports on the back of each unit.
